We offer a 30-day full money-back guarantee on all new Pro and Elite subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, you can get your money back with no further explanation within 30 days of your purchase date.

How to request a refund

Send us an email at support@calisthenics.dkwith the email you purchased with, and we will process the refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

Renewals

Automatic renewals of existing subscriptions can be refunded up to 14 days after the charge, provided the service has not been actively used during that period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Access is retained until the end of the already-paid period — cancellation does not trigger an automatic refund, but you can request a partial refund within the 30-day guarantee.
