    1. Seller

    The service is provided by Buddu Fit ("we", "us"). By using the service you enter into an agreement with Buddu Fit.

    2. Acceptance

    By continuing to use the service, you accept these terms in full.

    3. Description of the service

    Calisthenics.dk is an AI-powered fitness and nutrition app that provides training plans, exercise guides, meal logging, an AI coach, and movement analysis. The service is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

    4. Account

    • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential
    • You must be at least 16 years old (or have parental consent)
    • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date

    5. Payment and subscription

    Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). You can pay by card or MobilePay. Prices are shown in DKK including VAT unless stated otherwise.

    Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal — access is retained until the end of the paid period. See our refund policy.

    6. Health disclaimer

    Content in the app (workouts, nutrition, AI recommendations) does not constitute medical advice. Consult your doctor before starting a training programme, especially if you have an injury or illness. You train at your own risk.

    7. AI-generated content

    • AI outputs (training plans, food analysis, form feedback) may be inaccurate
    • You are responsible for verifying recommendations before following them
    • You may not use the service to generate illegal, harmful or misleading content
    • We reserve the right to filter or refuse AI outputs

    8. Acceptable use

    You may not:

    • Use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or for spam
    • Infringe third-party intellectual property rights
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with security
    • Resell or share your account

    9. Intellectual property

    All software, content, exercise library, design and branding belong to Buddu Fit. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service within your chosen plan.

    10. User content

    You retain ownership of content you upload (images, videos, notes). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and analyse it solely to provide the service.

    11. Limitation of liability

    Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses, data loss, or lost profits. Excepted are liability for fraud, personal injury, or death where the law requires it.

    12. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access for: breach of terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations. Upon termination you can export your data for 30 days before deletion.

    13. Changes

    We may update these terms. Material changes are announced at least 14 days in advance.

    14. Governing law and venue

    Danish law. Venue: the district court of the seller's domicile.
