That depends on your starting point and how consistently you train — we don't promise a specific result. What we do is save reps, form score, personal records and skill progression from your very first session, so you can see your development in data instead of guessing.

Do I need a gym or equipment?

No. Calisthenics is built for bodyweight training. You can get started without any equipment. A pull-up bar opens up more exercises, but the app adapts the program to the exact equipment you have — even 'floor only'.

Is the camera private? Are my videos uploaded?

Pose detection runs 100% locally in your browser. Your video never leaves your device — we only save the aggregated stats (reps, form score) to your account. GDPR-compliant from day one.

What if I don't want to log my food?

Then don't — nutrition is optional. If you want to use it, you can take a photo with the Food Scanner, scan a barcode, or simply type what you ate to the AI Coach, which helps log it.
